Feeder Cap with Perforated Feeder Tube for Salty Lids Aquarium Lid

The Salty Lids Feeder Cap makes feeding frozen foods faster and easier.

Instead of thawing frozen food in a separate cup, simply drop it directly into the 4" perforated feeding tube. The food gradually thaws and disperses into the aquarium, giving your fish time to eat before it can drift into the overflow.

The feeding tubes are made from PETG, a durable, aquarium-safe plastic suitable for saltwater environments.

For lids that have two caps it is common for our customers to purchase two feeding tubes to allow feeding at both ends of the tank at the same time to accommodate the less competitive eaters.

Notes

Not recommended for tanks with very small fish, as they may be able to enter the cap opening.

If water flow near the cap is low, food may occasionally settle in the tube. A gentle shake will allow it to disperse.
