Salty Lids™ 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty

Salty Lids™ aquarium lids are manufactured in the USA using precision CNC equipment and premium polycarbonate materials. We build them to last and we stand behind them.

Every Salty Lids™ polycarbonate aquarium lid is protected by the following limited manufacturer warranty.

Warranty Coverage

Salty Lids™ warrants that your lid will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of delivery when used under normal aquarium conditions.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Salty Lids™ will, at our discretion:

• Repair the product
• Replace the product
• Or issue store credit equal to the original purchase price

What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

• Structural failure, cracking, or warping caused by material defects
• CNC machining errors, cutout defects, or bonded component failure
• Defective factory-installed components
• Excessive hazing or discoloration beyond normal aging
• Lid fit errors caused by Salty Lids™ manufacturing

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal cosmetic wear, micro-scratches, or minor cosmetic variations
• Customer measurement errors or aquarium manufacturing variances
• Damage caused by misuse, modification, drilling, trimming, or alteration
• Damage from excessive heat exposure or improper lighting placement
• Damage from chemicals, abrasives, or improper cleaning
• Damage from impact, pets, children, falling objects, or environmental exposure
• Damage caused by salt creep buildup, standing water, or neglect
• Shipping damage not reported within 48 hours of delivery

Custom Fit Disclaimer

Aquariums are manufactured with dimensional tolerances. Minor variances in tank construction are normal.

Because Salty Lids™ products are custom-fit to manufacturer specifications or customer-provided measurements, minor fit differences do not constitute manufacturing defects.

Warranty Claim Process

Email sales@saltylids.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• A short description of the problem

Claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days.

Approved claims will receive repair, replacement, or store credit.

Limitation of Liability

Salty Lids™ is not responsible for livestock loss, aquarium damage, water damage, or any incidental or consequential damages.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
